Growth Manager North America (remote)

We are the B2B SaaS empowering DTC eCommerce brand with conversions insights to speed up revenue. We work on a trendy analytical stream - functional analysis for business, unlocking the analytical bottleneck within business processes.

At the moment we have been enrolled in the Alchemist accelerator for the 2022 year (Top Worldwide, in the same league as Y Combinator). We have support and access to the best advisors and mentors.

Now we have an intention to make a leap from MVP to the sweetest candy amid MarTech solutions.

What you will do:

• Build and execute the outbound strategy
• Build highly personalized outbound initiatives based on industry, ICP, and buying personas offers.
• Research the market opportunities and validate the hypothesis of growth
• Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as execute outbound prospecting initiatives

Our potential teammate has:

• 5+ years experience in sales of technological products and services
• Previous tech industry experience or experience in tech sales development, and marketing is a plus
• Proficient in building the personalized outreach strategy via email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Globally we require excellent written and spoken English which is our client's language
• Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
• A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
